2. What we collect

On newcurrent.pl we collect only what you type into the contact form (name, e-mail, message) and standard server logs (IP address, country, browser type). Our brands' stores collect order data under their own policies.

3. Legal basis and retention

Contact messages are processed under art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering you) and deleted after 24 months. Server logs are kept for 30 days.

4. Processors

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (EU data centres where available). We do not sell or share personal data with advertisers.

5. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability and a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). Write to us at the address above.

6. Cookies

newcurrent.pl uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set a technical cookie needed to serve the site securely.
